The Basics

While every product we carry is local, not all are USDA certified organic. Any organic products will say "organic" in the product description and include the USDA Certified Organic seal on the product photo.

Any products without the organic label or seal still meet our food standards but are not certified organic. We do carry products from some local farms that do use conventional pesticides. We're working hard to provide more transparency on every product to allow you to make buying choices that fit your values. All of them! Farm Link Hawai‘i only sells local products. All of our produce is grown in the State of Hawai‘i. Any meat products must be raised their entire life and slaughtered in Hawai‘i. Value-added products that prioritize Hawai‘i grown ingredients will be given preference. Read more details on our food standards page.
Our ever-changing climate and small farmer production mean there is a lot of variability in what's available in a given week. We are working with current and prospective producers to increase consistency in supply, but we also encourage you to be bold and try something new if you don't find your favorite item!
Yes, there is a $30 minimum for all orders. Orders of $79.99 or less will include a $6.99 delivery fee; orders of $80 or more will not include a delivery fee. We waive the delivery fee on all SNAP-EBT orders, regardless of size. Generally, our pickup locations do not charge a fee except for Sunset Beach Elementary School where the fee is donated to the host venue.


We deliver every day of the week. You may adjust or cancel your order up until 10 p.m. the evening before your selected delivery day. Due to the volume and complexity of our operations, we are unable to accommodate any modifications or cancellations after the order cut-off time.

Nope! Most CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) programs lock you into a subscription and don't allow you to choose what you get.

Farm Link Hawai‘i is an online grocery store dedicated to selling only local food. We let you order what you want, when you want. You can choose from hundreds of unique local fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, eggs, dairy, and other provisions. There is no fee to create an account and you don’t need to subscribe to an ongoing service.

If you want to let us shop produce for you, order one of our Farmer's Choice Bags where you'll get the best, seasonal fruits and vegetables at the best value. You can optionally subscribe and receive a Farmer's Choice Bag every week (or every other week).
While we source product from neighbor islands, we do not yet deliver to customers outside of O‘ahu.
Yes! For every friend you refer to us, we will give you a $10 credit and your friend a $10 credit when they place their first order. The easiest way to refer a friend is to share your unique referral link; look for it in our weekly emails, or go to My Account > Referrals. Alternatively, your friend can list your first and last name in the "Referred by" field when they place their order.

You can view your credit by going to My Account > Delivery History.
To view any credits on your account, please log-in > My Account > Delivery History. Any unused credits are automatically applied to your next order, unless you are a SNAP-EBT user. If you are an EBT customer and would like to apply an unused credit on your account towards a future order, you can let us know by calling us at (808)201-5252 or reaching us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com.


Delivery & Pickup

We do island-wide delivery every day of the week. We do NOT deliver to military bases & housing.

Deliveries are between 9am-5pm.  On your delivery day, you will receive a text when the driver is on their way to you and again when the driver has arrived to your location.

  • Farm Link Food Hub (743 Waiakamilo Rd, Suite J, Kalihi) - Seven days a week from 10:00am - 2:00pm. SNAP-EBT accepted
  • Sunset Beach Elementary School (59-360 Kamehameha Hwy. Haleiwa) - Thursdays from 2:30 - 3:30pm *$4.99 pick up fee
  • Stage Cafe (1250 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu) - Fridays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Please note: Orders must be picked up on the day of delivery. Any orders not picked up will be donated as the host sees fit.
Seven days a week, island-wide.

    We typically deliver between 9am and 5pm. If you chose one of our pickup locations, then you can find more details about your pickup window under My Account.

    On the delivery day, you will receive a text message first thing in the morning. When your delivery is 2-3 hours out you'll receive another text message with a link to track your place in the route and an updated ETA. You'll receive another text message when your stop is next, and a final text message when the driver is arriving. We believe in over-communication!
    No, you don't need to be home! We will leave your order in whatever spot you specify; just go to My Account > Preferences > Note for Driver and specify a note to the driver so they know where to drop off your goods.

    We no longer leave ice packs with boxes. Please ensure a cooler is out with ice packs inside for our drivers to transfer your items into or make sure your box is promptly unpacked and properly stored to retain the quality of your items.

    If you live in a gated complex and our driver is unable to gain access to drop off directly at your unit, we will not be able to complete your delivery and will have to reschedule for another day.
    Orders must be picked up on the date of delivery. If for any reason you are unable to pickup on the day of, please reach out to our customer support at (808)201-5252 or at support@farmlinkhawaii.com. We cannot refund your order if you weren't available, but we may be able to hold your order for another pickup date, or donate it to a local charity.
    We are able to take back and reuse the cardboard box your order arrives in, as well as glass bottles/jars from your order. Just set them out in the same spot where you have your order delivered, or if you need to leave them in an alternate location, let us know by contacting customer support at (808) 201-5252 or at support@farmlinkhawaii.com.

    Most of our pick-up locations will allow you to leave packaging behind for reuse. 

    Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to reuse ice packs, but we’re happy to take them off your hands and dispose of them. The gel inside the packs is nontoxic and can be disposed of down the drain; chase with hot water to liquify.

    Missing an item? 
    For any missing items that are not known shorts, please contact Farm Link support at support@farmlinkhawaii.com or call us at (808) 201-5252. We will ensure a 150% credit is issued to your account for the error! (Please note: for known shorts, you will receive an email on the day of your order to notify you of any shortages which will then be noted on your invoice with a $0.00 price point next to the item).

    We are excited to add all things boozy to the marketplace!

    You may place an order for any of our alcohol products either for delivery or pick-up from our Farm Link Food Hub location in Kalihi. Alcohol cannot be purchased if you are picking up at one of our other partner pickup sites: Beer Lab, Stage Cafe, and SBES. 

    Someone 21+ must be present to receive delivery or pick-up at the Food Hub and show ID. This does not have to be the person who placed the order, it could be your partner or uncle as long as they are 21 or older. 

    Upon delivery or pick-up, we will scan your ID and get your signature as required by state law. We are not taking a photo your ID and the only information we save is your name and DOB. We will need to verify your age each time you purchase alcohol from our marketplace.
    Our Seasonal Boxes contain an assortment of the best in-season produce from our farmers and offers great value for your money. Subscription is optional; you can order it when you want it, or you can set an "Every Week" frequency when adding it to your shopping cart.
    There are many variables that impact our local farmers and ranchers, including weather, pests, labor, and logistics. Due to these factors and Farm Link's short supply chain, we occasionally are unable to fulfill an item in your order. When this happens, we do our best to swap it out with a similar item. If you're unhappy with the substitution, contact us at support@farmlinkhawaii.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
    Our butchers artfully make the most of each animal, so there is natural variation in the size of each cut. And, we want everyone to be billed fairly, so we charge per exact weight as most other butchers do.

    The item you put in your cart is an approximate size, and then we adjust your order after it is packed to match the exact weight that you receive. Most of our meats range by half a pound. Some cuts such as a large roast may range by as much as 2 pounds and that is noted on those specific products.

    For example, if you order an "Approx. 1 lb" Grass-fed Sirloin Steak for $12.99, the steak you receive will be between 0.75 and 1.25 pounds. To calculate the price of this steak, we use the per pound price of $12.99 and multiply by the actual weight received. So if your steak is 1.2 lbs, then the total for this item will be adjusted to $15.59 (1.2 lbs * $12.99).
    We offer digital gift certificates in a variety of denominations; to purchase them, go here. We'll email a gift code directly to the recipient on the day/time of your choosing. You will receive a confirmation receipt, too.

    How do I redeem a gift certificate? Enter the gift code in the Discount Code field of the shopping cart. Gift card codes apply as a credit on your account. Your credit will apply automatically to your next order and can be viewed by going to My Account > Delivery History.  Your credit will NOT appear in your cart, but will always be visible under Delivery History and on your payment receipt.

    I didn't receive my gift card email! What do I do? No problem, just let us know at support@farmlinkhawaii.com and we will reissue it for you.



    Your card will be charged on the day of your delivery. If there are any changes to your order after you're charged, they will show up on your statement as an additional debit or credit.
    We will attempt to charge your credit card on your delivery day. If the charge is declined, we will send you an email asking you to login and ensure your card details are correct or to call your bank to resolve the situation. We will try again to charge your card again shortly after. If your card is declined a second time, we will not deliver your next order and your account will be disabled for future use until your balance is settled.
    If you need to update your credit card on file, click on My Account > Account Info and scroll down to the Payment Info section.
    Yes! We now offer island-wide home delivery to those paying with SNAP-EBT, and delivery fees are waived for all SNAP-EBT orders. 

    If you already have a SNAP-EBT card, then simply complete our quick signup form to create a SNAP-EBT account with us. Or, contact us at (808) 201-5252 or support@farmlinkhawaii.com. Once your account is set up, you can place an order at any time. Edit your order up until midnight the day before delivery.   

    On delivery day, we'll text you with updates as your driver is on their way, and your driver will swipe your EBT card on your doorstep. And, you'll automatically get unlimited 50% off fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables through our partnership with the DA BUX Double Up Food Bucks program!
